Manual harvesting in crates with selection in the vineyard; soft pressing and red wine vinification in contact with the skins; maturing for several months in stainless steel on fine lees, bottle ageing.
Clear, bright ruby red colour; nose of red fruits and light spices, smooth and persistent on the palate.
Earthy hors d’oeuvres, roast white meats, lamb, medium-aged cheeses.
