Description

Cold pre-fermentation maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 22°C for 10/12 days in steel; maturation in large wooden barrels for 12/15 months and subsequent refinement in bottle for 18 months.

Tasting

Brilliant ruby red colour; intense, fruity and floral nose, with notes of small red fruits, nutmeg and cloves; dry sip, with good structure, with delicate and balanced tannins.

Pairings

Ground first courses, cured meats and cheeses, roast or grilled meats.
