Description

Maceration for 20 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. It matures for approximately 12 months in 225-liter French oak barrels and then ages for 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense and complex nose of cocoa, tobacco, leather, and licorice, with fresh notes of berries and violets; fresh and smooth on the palate, with subtle tannins and a long finish.

Meat-based first courses, roasts, stews, medium-aged cheeses.
