Description

Both grapes are pressed directly and then fermented with a pied de cuve from resistant varieties. Aged in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 20°C with continuous batonnage until the February following the harvest. Natural refermentation in the bottle with the addition of frozen must.

Fragrant, floral, and fruity nose; fresh and creamy sip, agile and dynamic.
