Description

Manual harvest and cold skin maceration; tapping of virgin must only, without pressing; long spontaneous fermentation in cold steel tanks, remaining on the fine lees with periodic stirring until the beginning of spring.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; nose of flowers and citrus fruits, with mineral notes; balanced, fresh and fruity sip.

Pairings

Starters, shellfish, grilled fish, grilled white meats, cured meats and lightly matured cheeses.
