Pistus Etna Rosso DOC 2023

The grapes are harvested in October with careful sorting and placed in low boxes to be taken intact to the winery, where they are destemmed and pressed. Maceration lasts about a week in special steel tanks, at 25/28°C. The wine matures for approximately 15 months in steel tanks.

Red color with bright ruby ​​reflections; nose of fresh fruit, floral; fruity, harmonious, pleasantly tannic on the palate, with good acid persistence.

First courses with ragù, roast or grilled meats, mature cheeses.
