Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; white vinification with cold skin maceration (8/10°C) for approximately 24 hours and soft pressing in an inert atmosphere; controlled temperature fermentation. The wine matures in steel on the fine lees for a few months and refines in the bottle until released on the market.

Tasting

Golden yellow color; elegant and fruity nose, with hints of white flowers; sip with good structure and balanced acidity.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, white meats, fresh cheeses.
