Description

Harvest of the grapes in the first/second ten days of October; emerged cap vinification with frequent daily pumping over for approximately 6/8 days at a temperature of 25/30°C. After racking, it passes into barriques where it naturally undergoes malolactic fermentation. Matured for 16 months in French oak barriques, refined for 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour; fine and clear aromas with a prevalence of red berries and spicy notes. Wine with good structure and elegance with excellent balance and persistence.

Grilled or stewed red meats, game, mature cheeses.
