Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; vinification with spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeasts and maceration on the skins for 15 days; matures in large barrels and old barriques for 6/8 months.
Intense ruby red colour; nose of ripe red fruits, violet and spices. The sip is warm, balanced, persistent.
Starters and first courses of land, grilled meats, cured meats and cheeses.
