Manual harvest, soft pressing, preventive static decantation of the musts, controlled temperature fermentation in steel; the wine matures in steel for 9 months in contact with the fine lees, and refines for 8 months in the bottle.

It has a very pleasant, broad and fruity aromatic impact, with a perfect nose-palate correspondence. Warm, fresh and persistent, long and slightly tannic finish.

Starters, fish soups, white meats, soft cheeses.
