Description

Manual harvest at the end of September/beginning of October; the vinification takes place in terracotta jars with a capacity of approximately 7/8hl, where the destemmed grapes spontaneously ferment. Once fermentation is complete, the jars are filled and closed and the wine remains to macerate with the skins until the next harvest, that is, for approximately 12 months. Then it is pressed, left to settle in steel and bottled.

Tasting

Lively ruby red colour; nose of cherries in alcohol and myrtle, with notes of flint; intense and persistent sip, savory and fruity, with soft tannins well integrated with the freshness of the wine.
