Polesio Rosso Piceno DOC 2022

Harvest of the grapes in the third ten days of September; emerged cap vinification with frequent daily pumping over, for approximately 6/8 days at a temperature of 25/30°C; after racking, it passes into barriques where it naturally undergoes malolactic fermentation; it then matures for a few months in steel and refines in the bottle.

Intense ruby ​​red colour; floral, fresh nose, with slightly smoky notes; elegant sip with soft and ripe tannins, and a finish of good complexity and minerality.

Grilled red meats, first courses with ragù, medium-aged cheeses.
