Description

From grapes harvested and selected by hand in the southern part of the Pomerol plateau. After traditional fermentation in steel for 14-16 weeks at a controlled temperature, the wine ages for 11-15 months in partially new oak barrels, before being released on the market.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color. Aromas of ripe red fruit such as plum, currant, cherry, blueberry and blackberry with a light vegetal scent. Complex and soft taste, with ripe tannins. It closes with notes of ripe red fruit. Long persistence.
