Harvest of the selected grapes at the end of September. Soft pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation and skin maceration for 21 days, 30% of the mass in terracotta amphorae, the remaining 70% in steel. The maturation takes place 70% in steel for approximately 6 months, 30% in terracotta amphorae for 4 months and in steel for 2 months; following assembly, a period of refinement in the bottle follows for two months.
Golden shades express themselves on the nose with notes of apricot and broom, driven by mineral hints. On the palate, the maceration gives roundness while the delicate roughness of the savory tones deepens and lengthens the drink.
