80% Teroldego, 20% Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon
The hand-harvested bunches are destemmed and left to macerate with spontaneous fermentation in steel for about a month, without the use of any other substance. The wine obtained then ages for 24 months in wood and at least one year in the bottle.
Intense, almost impenetrable red colour; on the nose notes of juicy fruit accompanied by spiciness; sip with structure and strength, powerful and persistent with great aging potential.
