50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir
The cuvée is born from the careful selection of the best Grand Cru Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, vinified separately and obtained only from the first soft pressing; after the cuvée is assembled, the Champagne ages on the lees for at least 5 years.
Bright straw yellow color, fine and persistent perlage; fresh and mineral nose, with vegetal and floral notes, elderberry and light spice; fresh and citrusy sip, soft and silky, with hints of white peach and a long, harmonious finish.
Seafood appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs, and lightly matured cheeses.
