Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; very slow and soft pressing of whole bunches, controlled fermentation at 17/19°C; the wine matures in steel until March/April and is then bottled for second fermentation.

Tasting

Deep yellow color with greenish reflections, very fine and persistent perlage; fine and complex nose, dry and dry sip, with good acidity and characteristic nerve, elegant and rich.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs.
