Description

Manual harvest in small crates; cold maceration for 8/10 hours depending on the vintage, fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in steel for a few months and refines in the bottle before being marketed.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it presents hints of tropical fruits and spicy notes, combined with the characteristic rose scent. On the palate it develops a discreet sweetness, supported by good acidity. The finish is persistent, with notes of ripe fruit and spices.
