Glera, small quantities of Verdiso and Perera
Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, between the end of September and mid-October. white vinification at a controlled temperature of 20°C. Second fermentation by slow refermentation in large closed containers at 12/14°C.
Bright greenish yellow colour, with a minute and persistent perlage. Intense nose, very fine and fruity, with clear hints of golden apple on a floral background. Dry, fresh and slim on the palate, soft and well balanced, with good aromatic persistence and a pleasantly fruity finish.
Aperitif, appetizers, seafood first courses.
