Syrah 80%, Trebbiano 20%
Pied de cuve fermentation using resistant varieties. Whole Trebbiano bunches are infused in the Syrah blood-draining process for 15 days. Aged in stainless steel with continuous batonnage until the February following harvest.
A clean aroma of wild strawberry, pomegranate, and aromatic herbs; a fresh, dry, savory, and lively palate.
Aperitif, starters, grilled white meats, cured meats and cheeses.
