Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of September; soft crushing with destemming and fermentation of the must in white at a controlled temperature. The wine matures in steel for 7 months and refines for a period in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow in colour, intense and persistent nose with notes of white flowers; full, harmonious, savoury and mineral on the palate.

Aperitifs, vegetarian dishes, freshwater fish, shellfish, grilled fish.
