Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; cryomaceration of the grapes at low temperature for a minimum of 12 hours through the application of liquid carbon dioxide; a must is obtained with very soft pressing which is fermented at a controlled temperature in small wine vessels. The wine matures in steel barrels.

Golden straw yellow colour, intense, persistent and fruity aroma; harmonious, savory, full-bodied, well-balanced and characteristic taste.
