The vineyards are located on the “Ravazzol” hill, particularly suitable for its pedoclimatic conditions, with an altitude of 200/300m above sea level. The average age of the vineyards exceeds 60 years and the soil on which they rest is calcareous-clayey, with a good presence of stones and rocks. After manual harvesting and drying, the grapes ferment in steel containers for subsequent refinement in 3000 liter oak barrels which lasts 42 months.
Of beautiful complexity both on the nose and on the sip, it evokes pepper, tobacco, and then black cherries in alcohol and balsamic herbs. The characteristics of the soil give the wine great freshness and elegance.
