Description

The perfectly ripe grapes are harvested and dried, naturally exploiting the typical breeze of Lake Garda called “Ora”. The vinification takes place with a long stay on the skins and slow maturation in oak barrels.

Tasting

Intense red color tending towards garnet. Intense nose of ripe red fruit and jam. Full and soft on the palate, with a long persistence.

Braised and stewed meats, game, venison.
