Description

The perfectly ripe grapes are harvested and allowed to dry out, taking advantage in a natural way of the typical Lake Garda breeze called ‘Ora’. Vinification takes place with long maceration on the skins and slow maturation in oak barrels.

Tasting

Intense red colour tending towards garnet. Intense nose of ripe red fruit and jam. Full and soft palate with long persistence.
