Description

Manual harvest in mid-September, grapes left to dry on special racks; vinification in steel at a controlled temperature, second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with permanence on the yeasts for 12 months.

Golden yellow color; fragrant nose of ripe fruit, harmonious and balanced sip, good body and balance between sweetness and freshness.
