“Red Branko” Venezia Giulia IGT 2017

red Branko is a predominantly Merlot red blend. The vineyards, which have been producing for over thirty years, extend at the foot of the hills, around the cellar, the center of the family business. It is a young and fruity wine, graceful and balanced by a brief aging in wood. Cold maceration and fermentation on the skins until the sugars are exhausted. The malolactic fermentation takes place, it matures for a year in 400 liter oak barrels, and then refines in the bottle for 6 months.

Vivid ruby ​​red color; on the nose wild berries such as raspberry, blackberry and blueberry with an elegant note of black cherry. Its freshness makes its importance stand out even more; broad and generous, very ready to drink young, suitable for aging.
