Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
Harvest at the beginning of October; after 30 days of drying the Cabernet grapes are destemmed and pressed; fermentation in steel tanks on the skins for 10 days; maturation for 12 months in new barriques, refinement in bottle for 36 months.
Refolà is a unique wine that maintains the Veronese tradition of drying the grapes to express the elegance and strength of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Baked lamb, spicy meat stews, mature and spicy cheeses.
