Regium Franciacorta Brut DOCG 2014

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; very slow and soft pressing of the whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation with its own yeasts, at a controlled temperature of 17/19°C; the wine matures in steel until March/April and is then bottled for second fermentation.

Deep yellow color with greenish reflections, very fine and persistent perlage; fine and complex nose, fresh and dry sip, rich and elegant, with good balance.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs.
