Manual harvest in small boxes with selection in the vineyard; Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 20 days in steel vats; maturation for one year in steel, refinement for 3 months in the bottle.
Ruby red colour; nose of cherry and wild strawberry, with notes of orange and mineral hints; elegant, fresh and fruity sip, with good acidity.
Ground appetizers, medium-aged cheeses, first courses with meat sauce, vegetarian dishes.
