Description

Harvest in the second half of September. Crushing, destemming and pressing, cold decantation for 12 hours, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for approximately 15/18 days. Aging in steel for 10/12 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with green reflections; intense, fresh and elegant nose with fruity aromas of apple and strawberry and floral hints; fresh and mineral sip, with citrus notes of cedar and lime, a pleasant acidity and a balsamic aftertaste.

Pairings

Crudités and seafood tartare, steamed shellfish, baked fish, fried fish.
