Manual harvest at the end of September; classic white vinification, maturation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.

Straw yellow color with golden reflections; fine nose with delicate notes of apple, medlar, grass, thyme and yellow flowers; dry, elegant, decidedly fresh and mineral, slightly spicy and balsamic on the palate.

Aperitifs, starters, raw fish, sushi, fried seafood, cured meats and cheeses.
