Description

Manual harvesting in crates with selection in the vineyard; destemming, soft crushing and cold stabilisation at a temperature of 4/5 °C for 5 days; the wine matures in stainless steel for about 7 months on the fine lees with frequent pumping over.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow colour, with slight greenish reflections; floral nose of white rose, acacia and spring flowers, with fruity notes of green apple and white peach; medium-bodied and well-balanced, easy and immediate on the palate.
