Ribolla Gialla
Spontaneous fermentation on the skins in conical oak vats for 60/90 days. Once the maceration is finished, it is aged in 20 or 30 hl barrels for 3 years and refined in the bottle for 1 year. Unfiltered.
Bright amber color. Very broad and complex nose, of ripe peach, hazelnut, aromatic herbs and citrus peel. The sip is powerful, rich, alive, with an unspeakable persistence. The long aging gives this wine even more complexity, graceful sip and elegance.
Starters, seafood first courses, stewed fish, fried foods, vegetables and legumes, white meats, rabbit.
