Alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at a regulated and constant temperature; aging partly in Slavonian oak barrels for 6 months and partly in steel tanks.

Tasting

Light and brilliant straw yellow colour. Fruity, mineral, elegant aroma despite its peasant frankness, with a dry, fresh and savory flavour.

Ideal as an aperitif, with seafood appetizers and fish-based first courses.
