Deep straw yellow colour; intense and aromatic nose of exotic fruit and mountain hay; balanced and harmonious sip, where the slight residual sweetness is accompanied by a bold acidity.
Starters, oysters, seafood, seafood first courses, baked or grilled fish, white meats, oriental cuisine, slightly mature cheeses.
