Riesling “Athos” Alto Adige DOC 2018

The grapes remain on the vines until completely ripe, and are then fermentation process takes placeed manually. Slow and delicate pressing, in order to enhance all the typical characteristics of Riesling. Fermentation takes place entirely in wood, at a temperature of 18°C. The aging on the yeasts lasts 10 months.

Fruity Riesling, peach and apricot, fine and elegant; sip of great freshness with a mineral finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, with cold appetizers, salads and light first courses.
