Description

Manual harvest, whole bunch vinification, fermentation in large oak barrels with malolactic fermentation. Aged for a couple of months in stainless steel before being bottled.

Straw yellow color; nose of fresh herbs and delicate citrus tones, green apple and white pepper; mineral sip, pure and delicate with a vibrant freshness.
