Description

Manual harvest in the second ten days of September; spontaneous fermentation in steel with only indigenous yeasts; the wine matures in steel barrels for 12 months and then refines in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; fresh and rich nose, with notes of apricot, marzipan and honey; intense and enveloping sip, of citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and wild flowers; fruity and persistent finish.
