Description

Manual harvesting in small 20 kg crates, extraction of the must with soft pressing, static decantation and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14/16°C with selected yeasts; maturation for 9 months in steel containers.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; intense and dynamic nose, with floral and spicy, vegetal and mineral notes; fresh and decisive sip, delicately acidic, of medium structure.

Seafood first courses, molluscs and crustaceans, white meats, goat cheeses.
