Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, traditional white vinification, aging in stainless steel containers.
Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Very personal perfume that combines floral and spicy notes with vegetal and mineral notes that are still evolving. Fresh and decisive on the palate, pleasantly acidic.
First courses, grilled fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses.
