Renano Riesling 70%, Incrocio Manzoni 30%
Harvested by hand. Controlled temperature fermentation, with selected yeasts. Maturation and refinement in stainless steel.
Bright straw yellow colour. Fruity aroma, with hints of citrus fruits and enriched by the aromatic note. Savory, fresh taste with characteristic salinity.
First courses, lake and sea fish, excellent as an aperitif.
