Description

Manual harvest in 18kg boxes starting from the second week of September, the grapes are loaded into the press, protecting them with dry ice. Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in steel until March, and refines for a month in the bottle.

Tasting

Golden color with green reflections; nose of yellow fruit, peach, apricot, pineapple, on a slightly mineral background; fresh and savory sip with subsequent warm and soft sensations.

Elaborate appetizers, important first courses, shellfish in sauce.
