Description

The grape harvest takes place strictly by hand in 18kg boxes starting from the end of September. The slightly overripe grapes are pressed gently. Fermentation continues for 30 days. After at least 2 years in steel and 12 months in the bottle, it is ready to be consumed, taking into account that it can last even more than 10 years.

Tasting

Deep golden colour; intense and complex nose, on a background of quince jam with sensations of acacia honey, citrus fruits and lime; decidedly warm and soft sip with natural residual sugar.
