Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, with maceration on the skins for approximately three weeks at 28/30°C; the wine ages in barriques for 12 months and refines in the bottle for a further 6 months.

Tasting

Ruby red colour, with mineral aromas mixed with those of berries, a full, soft taste, with an enviable structure for harmony and fluidity.
