Description

Riesling and Incrocio Manzoni fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks on their fine lees for 6 months, part of the Chardonnay is fermented and aged in French oak tonneaux for about 5 months, after which the wine is bottled and left to refine until it is released trade.

Tasting

Brilliant straw yellow colour, with greenish reflections. It is a garden of white flowers and ripe white fruit, with notes of vanilla and an intense minerality. Of great freshness and persistence.

Structured first courses, stuffed white and rosé meats, roasted or grilled semi-fatty fish.
