“Ripa delle More” IGT 2017

The grapes are vinified in small 50hl stainless steel containers, which optimize the contact of the skins with the must, for approximately 15 days. The maturation is entrusted to new barriques, which come from two different trusted cooperages, and lasts 24 months; finally 7 months of bottle aging.

The color is an impenetrable ruby ​​red. On the nose it displays balsamic and fruity aromas of mint, blackcurrant and blueberry, with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla and juniper. The sip is full and elegant, with smooth tannins that blend with the black fruits. Persistent finish with spicy notes.
