Description

Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard; cold pre-maceration for 36 hours and maceration for 15 days at a controlled temperature; matures for 24 months, of which 12 months in 3.5hl and 5hl tonneaux, and 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels. Refines in the bottle.

Tasting

Deep ruby red colour; intense, fine, fruity nose of blueberry and black cherry, with toasted notes in the finish; the sip is powerful and soft, with a beautiful freshness and a long and pleasant finish.
