Grape harvest between September and October; white vinification with soft pressing, flotation, and temperature-controlled fermentation; maturation in steel tanks for at least 6 months, secondary fermentation using the Charmat Method for 30-40 days, and bottle aging for 1-3 months.
Light yellow in color with greenish reflections, fine perlage; nose of hawthorn and wisteria flowers, apple, peach, and citrus; elegant, savory, and velvety on the palate.
Aperitif, cold cuts and cheeses, baked fish.
