Grape harvest between September and October; white vinification with soft pressing, flotation, and temperature-controlled fermentation; maturation in steel tanks for at least 6 months, secondary fermentation using the Charmat Method for 30-40 days, and bottle aging for 1-3 months.
Light yellow color with greenish reflections, fine perlage; nose of white flowers, ripe fruit, citrus, and green apple, with spicy notes; elegant, upright, balanced sip with good complexity.
Aperitif, cold cuts and cheeses, baked fish.
